Prayer begins with acknowledging God for who He is in His transcendent glory. God is not just a bigger, better human. He is infinitely greater than us, greater than anything we can imagine. Gazing upon God is like looking upon the most glorious sunset but infinitely more so. In the new creation, we will join the angels in worshiping God forever and ever, and never grow tired of it because He is endlessly glorious.
