In this meeting, we describe the goals and content of our course: Can We Trust the Gospels? Patrick discusses a bit of what to expect from the course. Justin leads us through a tour of how it is that we’re going to answer the course’s main question. In doing so, we’ll play the part of historical detectives, finding bits of evidence for and against the gospels’ historical reliability and weighing the evidence to see where it leads.
