A sermon given on March 13, 2022 by Tommy Moore on 1 Corinthians 5:1-13. "How Sin Affects The Church Body. Sin is serious, and must be dealt with accordingly. While our sin is forgiven, wholly and completely, we must understand the damage it does. Not just to us as individuals, but the impact it has on our collective church body. “It’s okay to not be okay. It’s not okay to be okay with not being okay.” This passage focuses not on the sin of the person, but the reaction of the church. The heart of Paul’s frustration is Corinth’s complacency, which stems from a lack of understanding what a regenerated life powered by the Holy Spirit looks like."
