True spirit begotten Christians are being judged now - in this life. They will be resurrected to spirit at Christ's coming - if they qualify. But there is a second resurrection of all who have ever lived and never known of Christ. Either they have never heard His name or if they have, and perhaps even though they thought they were following Christ, never were, were never actually called of God; then all of these will be given the knowledge of God's truth and given a period of time (100 years?) to live by God's Law and qualify through repentance to enter God's Kingdom, if not there awaits a third resurrection and an unquenchable fire that will burn up the wicked.
