Some preachers over the years have put the dates of Christ's return down in writing. They have invariably been wrong. Christ will return, but as a 'thief in the night' - that is to say no one knows the time or will know the time before it happens. There will certainly be unmistakable signs. Christ Himself set out those signs in Matthew 24.
