ES | La semilla de “Ají” se plantó durante una sesion de live looping con dada durante la cuarentena de 2020 en México. Un año después, en la Patagonia Argentina, “el feo” (asi se llamaba originalmente) empieza a tomar forma de canción. Finalmente en 2022, de vuelta en México y gracias al encuentro con Paco Fierro (bateria) y el Bubu Tonatiuh (bajo), la canción llega a su forma definitiva: AJI, un homenaje al simbolo y al sabor.
Esta canción esta inspirada en los geniales y referentes de la fusion: The Aristocrats y es el primer sencillo de TRISOM, el trio de improvisación que conforman Paco, Bubu y Juan.
EN | The seed for “Ají” was planted during a dada live looping session in México during 2020 quarantine. A year later, in Patagonia Argentina, “El Feo” (that’s Spanish for “The Ugly”, how it was called originally) takes a song form. Finally in 2022, back in México and thanks to the gathering with Paco Fierro (drums) and Bubu Tonatiuh (bass), the piece reaches its definitive shape: AJI, an homage to the symbol and the flavor.
This song is inspired by the amazing and “go to” band in fusion genre: The Aristocrats and is the first single of TRISOM, the improvisation trio that Paco, Bubu and Juan created.
