When Paul became a Christian, he was called to bring Jesus to Jews and to Gentiles, but also specifically to kings. As we go through Acts, Luke shows how this works out in practice and in today’s passage we see the first fruit of this calling. But all this raises the question- how should Christians today relate to people of influence and should we try to seek influence ourselves? Are we called to kings today?
