In today's passage, we see two crowds collide, one a crowd of joy and hope, the other a crowd of tragedy and despair. In the mighty miracle that follows, we see a wonderful picture of the good news of the kingdom of God and an encouragement that Jesus really can cut it when he crashes head on into the real world.
