Mrs. Williams is a psychiatric nurse practitioner at RBHA in Richmond, VA. She mentors graduate nursing students at various universities across the country and is an adjunct professor at VCU. Kirby is a current member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) and is the founder of the Black PMHNP Collective of Virginia.
