He is the Founding Executive Director of True Star Leadership whose mission is to create great leaders for organizations and their employees. He has a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, John is dual certified in leadership coaching from Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching and The Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence. He has over twenty-five years of experience leading organizations in a verity of industries including manufacturing, hospitality, retail, television, and performing arts. He is currently working on a book called, The Manager’s Field Guide to Coaching.
