Jeff Wilkie has made a career in human resources with an emphasis on employee development and workforce engagement strategies since 1992. He is the founder of Jeff Wilkie Consulting as a private consultant working in the field of change management and organizational development. He has served as the Director of Organizational Development and Performance for the Mayor’s Office for the City of Tulsa and served HoganTaylor as Chief Human Resources Officer where he leads the Human Capital Strategies (HCS). In this role, he works as a confidante and coach to organizational executive teams and assists in the focus and formulation of a company’s human capital strategies.
