After listening to these for a while, Layered some nice playful sounds with some kind of semblance to car advertising music. FL Studio.
As this is a clocks theme, it's 60 bpm.
Edit: As pointed out in the comments it draws from Pachelbel's Canon written in 1680 or 1694... My song uses the first four bars of the eight repeating chords and also the descending line as well, but I'd like to think that this is a distinct song.
