It's been more than a dozen years since former Governor Scott Walker signed the so-called "Budget Repair Bill," stripping bargaining rights for most public sector employees in Wisconsin.
But labor groups have renewed a challenge to the 2011 state law called Act 10. Today, they argued in Dane County court that it's still unconstitutional.
