Fitchburg city officials want to construct a new police facility.
They say there's not enough space to continue to house police in Fitchburg City Hall.
Some Fitchburg residents, though, are voicing concerns. They say there are better ways for Fitchburg to use the roughly $50 million.
Supporters and detractors clashed at a community meeting earlier this week, and another meeting is scheduled for tonight.
