Candidates running in the Democratic primary for Assembly District 48 say that they've tried to keep a positive campaign — intentionally avoiding negative campaigning in a packed, five-way race.
That's until yesterday, when four of the five candidates running for AD 48 released a joint statement scrutinizing the fifth candidate in the race.
