Last Friday, a Dane County Judge made the first of what is presumed to be many rulings in the lawsuit looking to overturn Wisconsin’s 19th-century abortion ban, allowing the lawsuit to continue.
In her ruling, the judge said that the lawsuit can continue because the law in question is not actually an abortion ban.
