Two Democratic state lawmakers are hoping to allow municipalities to determine their skateboarding policies on a local level. The change has bipartisan support — which was not the case when legislators proposed a similar bill more than a decade ago.
WPR producer Jonah Beleckis is out with a new report about what the proposed legislation would mean to skaters across the state. He joined WORT News Producer Faye Parks to talk about it earlier today.
