A former strip club on East Washington Avenue is getting new life - as a grocery store.
Gooh Grocery had its soft opening this weekend, with a grand opening planned for next Friday, the 26th.
Representative Samba Baldeh, who represents the surrounding neighborhood in the state Assembly, is one of the co-owners. He spoke with WORT News Producer Faye Parks earlier today.
