The Wisconsin Supreme Court has been at odds since Judge Protaseiwisz’s ascension to the court last Tuesday. The new liberal majority’s first point of action was to fire the long-standing conservative Director of State Courts last Wednesday. Most recently the liberal justices are fighting to strip the Chief Justice of her authority after she reprimanded their previous actions.
