Local nonprofit Porchlight, Inc. has served Madison’s unhoused community for decades, providing affordable housing and supportive services to the city’s most vulnerable residents.
The organization also filed more evictions last year than any other landlord in the city. And in a Tone Madison article published this week, current and former residents described unsanitary conditions, unresponsive staff, and inadequate services.
