Description

Bill Lueders has been president of the Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council for more than twenty years, but he’s planning to step down come 2027, when his current two-year term ends.

On this week’s edition of “Transparency Talk”, hosts Tom Kamenick and Bill Lueders discuss what Bill actually does in his role as council president, and what duties his future replacement will need to take on.

But before we turn it over to Tom and Bill, our standard reminder that this conversation is not intended to be specific legal advice but rather a discussion of general legal issues. If you have a particular legal issue, please consult an attorney.
