The Wisconsin Department of Justice regularly updates its open government compliance guides to reflect changes in the law. Three months ago, the DOJ’s Office of Open Government published an update to its Open Meetings Guide. And in June, it updated the Public Records Guide, which provides guidance for both government custodians and record requesters.
This week on “Transparency Talk”, hosts Bill Lueders and Tom Kamenick discuss the new changes made to the Public Records guide, as well as the apparent trends across past updates.
