A team of Chemical Engineers at UW-Madison say they've found a new recycling process that could breathe new life into plastics we'd normally throw away.

The process works by turning low value plastics into high value liquids. And with that could come reduced greenhouse gas emissions.

W-O-R-T reporter Charlie Belawski caught up with one of the researchers.
