Got Supreme Court fatigue? This spring is just the beginning of a five year run. Wisconsin is slated to hold a court election every year through 2029. And while last week’s victor Susan Crawford doesn’t join the court until August, justices will be plenty busy before then.

Bryna Godar is a staff attorney at UW Law School’s State Democracy Research Initiative. Sitting down with WORT News Producer Faye Parks, she outlined some high profile cases already on the docket – and major issues that may soon reach Wisconsin’s highest court.
