Broadcast over the Armed Forces Radio Service... this program was a staple of the shows that our troops overseas heard during WW II. The studios, hosts, actors, singers...technicians... everyone contributed their time and talents to these programs to help raise the morale of our soldiers. This show's announcer is Don Wilson. Emcee is Bob Hope. Betty Hutton sings "He Says Murder He Says" - Judy Garland sings "Over the Rainbow" - Lana Turner does a "cooking skit" - The show was done in front of a live audience, generally in Hollywood. Most of the live audience was made up of members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines.
