Broadcast from January to December 1949 - 52 episodes - reruns well into the 1950's. This series dramatized Alfred Damon Runyon's short stories for radio. Produced by Alan Ladd's Mayfair Production Company (Box 13 and Michael Shayne) with John Brown (Digger O'Dell in Life of RIley) as "Broadway" who was both the host and the narrator.
