SACRED SPACE.

I'll be honest, for so long I didn't even REALLY know what this meant. I remember when I finally created my first "meditation nook" and it was practically revolutionary.

But creating space for yourself is so much deeper than just having a spot in your house you enjoy. It's about mental, emotional, AND physical space.

It's sacred.

It's a sacred boundary to uphold and treat like it is SACRED.

It's not just a place. It's not just a spot. It's not just cushions, it is representative of your CAPACITY to hold more in life both outside AND within yourself.

It is ESSENTIAL.

And the space does not get created or upheld by accident.

It requires intentionality to create space like this and even further intentionality to uphold the sacredness of it.
