Dean of Students, Dr. Walter Cramer makes sure that all first-year students at Western Connecticut State University learn what it takes to succeed here. First he makes them wear WestConn T-shirts and then march in an opening-day parade. After that, there’s a barbeque, a treasure hunt, and a few seminars on what to expect and how to conduct yourself through senior year.
