For the 2nd label release of 2020, 3000 Bass welcome the up-front sounds of Benjamin Bogart, a producer whose unique blend of hard hitting drums alongside a more tech-heavy approach to bass design has earned him some fantastic plaudits.
Firstly, we dive into the title track ‘Cruise Control’, a very well thought out 4x4 design, dripping in dance floor-ready grooves and sound design, topped off with some super smooth vocal additions from the ever-ready Dread MC, a name that within the bass scene particularly needs no introduction whatsoever. As well as this, Benjamin supplies us with a secondary ammo pack as ‘Bring It Back’ follows with more grizzly bass sounds, this time with a much more haunted atmosphere throughout.
Both tracks are belters, and perfect for that first rave of the year feeling that sweeps the country every January!
