"Chicas Locas" (aka Crazy Chicks) is a Spanish influenced piece that I produced for a current film project that I'm "lucky" enough to be a part of. (FYI to my film and TV music supervisory following it's non-exclusive, so this song can still be licensed)
This is a fun little moody song with an edgy, melodic guitar solo, and an even edgier beginning and ending. Keep in mind as well that this is what's called a "Concept Piece". Meaning, it's Spanish in concept but does drift into some other areas. For instance I've been listening to the "White Stripes" a lot lately to gain some inspiration, and you can hear and feel some of that influence in the first part of the song's guitar solo..
