Description

In preparing for battle against the Midianites, God tells Gideon his army is too large. God has Gideon reduce the size of his army from 32,000 men to just 300. This is so Israel cannot claim the victory (Judges 7:1-8). Gideon's story reminds us that sometimes we try to take credit for things that are really God's doing.
In this study, Fairview Evangelist Jacob Hudgins examines some different areas where we try to take God's glory for ourselves--and why that is such a problem.
