Vivendi attempts a hostile takeover of Ubisoft, and Ubisoft's higher-ups are appealing to shareholders to let them remain autonomous.
Jon finished Orwell, and cannot say how fantastic of a game it is. He highly recommends it, as it directly deals with freedom of speech, and protection from unreasonable search of information (1st and 4th amendment rights, yo!) He also babbles about the greatness of Legend Of Grimrock 2, and the beauty of The Unfinished Swan. Go play those too.
