There is good news however as former Ravens WR/KR Jacoby Jones joined us to discuss the NFL's new celebration policy and what he's up to these days playing arena football. We previewed NCAA lacrosse Final Four weekend with Patrick Stevens (@D1scourse, US Lacrosse Magazine). We broke down the NFL's rules changes and one that inexplicably still hasn't been fixed and we talked to PressBox's Orioles beat writer Rich Dubroff as well.
