Midway through Hour 1, The Athletic's Patrick Stevens (@D1scourse) joined us to discuss Maryland releasing their internal report on football culture, what it means for the parties moving forward, tomorrow's game against Illinois and convictions coming down in college basketball cases this week. Plus-can he name all of the teams Freddy Garcia and Fred McGriff played for in their careers? After that, Glenn dives deeper into Maryland's report-how can they possibly say their culture wasn't "toxic?" THERE WAS A STRENGTH COACH THROWING TRASH CANS FULL OF VOMIT. After that, Big Ten Network analyst/former Ohio State and NFL linebacker James Laurinaitis joined us to preview tomorrow's Maryland/Illinois game plus he discussed whether Matt Canada deserves full-time consideration and whether it's even helpful to have a good defense in the NFL. And we wrapped the show by chatting with Notre Dame center/Owings Mills alum Sam Mustipher (Good Counsel) about tomorrow night's game against Navy and dreaming of coming back to Baltimore to play for the Ravens one day.
