Claremont based pro-life organisation, Africa Christian Action ran a public protest campaign outside of the Marie Stopes abortion clinic on Bree street.
Their signs read "Abortion = Murder" and others quoted John 5:12 from the bible which reads "He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life"
The organisation also handed out pamphlets at their picket which asked people to consider ten things before they went ahead with getting an abortion. Pro-life ministries in Cape Town also held a 40 Hour Prayer Vigil outside the Marie Stopes clinic to
