Our minds were blown this weekend by Alex Garland's follow-up to Ex Machina, "Annihilation", which is about ... uhh ... life and cells and relationships and all kinds of heady shit.

Obviously spoilers are plentiful, so go see the movie before we confuse you further with our rambling, Shimmertime review.
