Rick Paladin is the Lead Pastor of Word & Worship Church. Involved since its inception in 1982, Rick began serving on staff as Associate Pastor in 1992 and assumed the role of Lead Pastor in 1999. His desire is to see the local church built by bridging generations, raising up leaders from within and changing the norm.
