7. Our partnership with adwerx gets us into digital advertising of people searching for property in the area of the home on major sites such as CNN, ESPN, Fox News and more. Again at the touch of a button. And you as the seller get a report on this activity.

8. Physical signage at the property using the Exit geolocational smart sign technology. People want information right away and this gives them the full direct property info 24/7 without calling an agent directly — but yet your agent gets their contact info.

9. Fliers are instantly available to our agents and also are now completely digital including supporting area info on schools, restaurants, transportation and more.
