Rahul Ramakhrisnan has spent all his life in Belmont. From Butler to Chenery, to the High School, and now senior in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at MIT, he has the town in his heart. He is this week on Belmont Journal to talk about an idea he would like to see fulfilled in his home town: implementing a paper bag fee to help to reduce energy waste.
