Joe discusses his love for the horror genre, being mentored by Herschell Gordon Lewis, directing 18 movies and doing make-up FX for legends in the horror community. He shares on-set stories and challenges faced by filmmakers, breaking the guinness book of world records for most kills in a slasher film (THE SUMMER OF MASSACRE) and recalls visiting sets for films like EVIL DEAD 2 and ROBOCOP.
