Description

1 Samuel 2: 11 – 36. It’s easy to question God’s presence in the midst of struggling and chaos. This passage is couched in a context of the book of Judges and 1 Samuel 3b where the world seems utterly depraved. Even the holy priests of the temple have become corrupt. Yet, despite the predominating evil, God is working, and he is not vexed by the status of society. This sermon is a joyful reminder of the nature and actions of God when evil runs rampant.
