We're waiting for things to get back to normal. For most of us, that means waking up and missing breakfast so that we can get to work on time (or school for some!). But how many of us have woken up, sat on the floor and meditated?
The majority are doing the first one.
Even in absolute darkness, you'll be able to see the smallest of lights shining. Use the times that we are in now, to become that light your self.
When you wake up in the morning, give yourself 5 minutes to meditate, sit down somewhere comfortable, close your eyes, and say Vaheguru, Vaheguru, Vaheguru.
