Brian and Roger speculated on what Terry Collins' new occupation will be after he is fired from managing the Mets. Then they looked into a possible future where the Mets have a fire sale and just give up this crazy dream of going back to the postseason and beyond. Noah Syndergaard totally lied about having a happy elbow and Brian was okay with it, but not cool with making fun of the reporter who was upset over it. Roger tries to pin Brian down on a definitive guess on how Jose Reyes will do when he returns to the majors. They briefly brag about sweeping the Royals in two games and beating the Cubs finally in the regular season, and then Brian gives Roger crap over still running that Matt Reynolds Fan Club of his. Then they answer some mail and tell you not to mess around with fireworks, because they care dammit. Well, not Brian, because he forgot to give Roger a gift for the big 10 episode milestone.
