Description

What if you could see yourself as a vessel or channel for ideas that want to exist in the world?

What if you could ignore the voices of doubt and step into your own potential and brilliance?

In this episode, I am speaking with Nick Williams ,who is a guide to people in leadership from around the world, inspiring them to find the brilliance in themselves and others.

We discuss:

• How we can step out of the ordinary and see the work we need to do in the world today

• What support do we need and can we give to others on this journey?

Nick Williams helps remarkable individuals create their next breakthroughs while becoming inspired leaders and happier people in the process.

His work is deeply rooted in personal and spiritual growth and in the exploration of human potential. For two decades, Nick was immersed in a world of spiritual teachers, alternative thinkers, and visionary leaders as the co-leader of the Alternatives programme at St. James’ Church in London—widely regarded as the UK’s longest-running and most renowned body, mind, and spirit events organisation.

With a focus on the intersection of leadership and inspiration, Nick has authored 18 books and delivered talks and training sessions in 17 countries. He has worked with a wide range of organisations, including BT, Johnson & Johnson, IKEA, the BBC, Yahoo, McKinsey, and Merrill Lynch.

Nick’s life’s work centres on the concept of Inspiration—understanding what it is, how to develop a relationship with it, how to inspire others, and how to become a conduit for inspiration to move through us. He believes that inspiration is always seeking out willing human collaborators; the key is to become receptive to it and act upon it.

He observes that although inspiration constantly seeks to get our attention, modern life often keeps people too busy and distracted to notice. Even when inspiration does break through, many are too preoccupied to act on it.

Over time, Nick has adopted the practice of asking, “What wants to exist through me next?” The answers to that question have led him to write books, deliver keynote talks, create podcasts and programmes, and, more recently, offer coaching to inspired leaders.
