Description

In this interview I speak with Caroline Flanagan, about her journey as a black lawyer in a predominantly white profession.

We discuss:

What does it mean to be the first?

To stand out and be different from those around you?

And to feel as though you are an imposter and don’t fit?

How can we all be more aware of deep-seated attitudes and behaviours?

Caroline is a transformational coach, an inspirational keynote speaker, the author of two books and host of two podcasts. A magic circle trained ex-City lawyer, Caroline’s mission is to bring greater diversity, equality and inclusion to the legal industry by increasing the number of people of colour who stay in the profession and progress to leadership.

So sit back and I hope you enjoy this discussion with Caroline as much as I did.
