numbness, isolation, and the powerful rediscovery of one’s inner fire. With haunting lyrics like
“My mask hides what is deep within” and “I forgot how it feels to be alive,” the song reflects the
universal battle between inner darkness and the fight to feel whole again.
“This song is about rising from emotional silence — confronting what’s hidden, and
finally breathing again,” says Monique. “It’s deeply personal, but I know it speaks to
what so many people feel.”
