Description

Vic Verchereau welcomes Burt Henry to this episode of Leadership Lowdown.

Being involved and determination are attributes Burt Henry brings to the table. He got his start in agriculture growing up on a fruit and vegetable farm located in Oceana County. His love of agriculture started in the orchards and blossomed while taking agriculture courses at Shelby High School. He never dreamed that his life’s work would be spent in a classroom for 27 years, but in 1986 he started as an Agriscience Instructor/FFA Advisor at Alma High School.

In 2013, he joined the team at AgroLiquid where he now serves as the Industry Relations Manager and the AgroExpo. Burt is quick to give credit to others, saying, “My career success is largely due to the mentors I had in my life.

Listen into this edition of the Leadership lowdown and hear all about a life of service and leadership…Do it today, because Burt reminds us to “Live every day to your fullest because tomorrow is not guaranteed.”
