Steve focuses on representing private companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance transactions, corporate counseling, and government affairs matters. He has represented automotive suppliers and other manufacturers for more than 30 years, helping found the Firm’s Detroit Office, and its Manufacturing Sector.
