The 19th Annual Great Lakes Lenders Conference, hosted by the Michigan SBDC, took place July 26th-28th in Detroit, MI. Bankers and Lenders from Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana attended innovative professional development sessions on SBA lending programs, heard about relevant banking topics, and listened to several notable speakers including SBA Administrator Linda McMahon. She keynoted Wednesday's luncheon, then Chris Holman got an opportunity to speak with her about her career path to this position, her new role in Washington, and Small Business issues she is encountering across America.
