The core issue in our current crisis is an ideal known as relativism. It holds that there is nothing that is true or false, good or evil, except within one’s mind. It often masquerades as a moral position, as in the phrase, “Who am I to judge?” Relativists are most reluctant to refer to anything as evil, because that word points in the direction of a morality to which they do not adhere.
